Who should use Supreme Collagen Plus? Take the product according to the recommended dosage and make a minimum treatment of 3 to 6 months before decreasing or discontinuing. Take half to one tablespoon every day with water or juice, once before dinner or at least 2 hours after dinner. Ingredients Medicinal ingredients per 15 ml: Hydrolyzed collagen* - 5000 mg (Bovine skin); Glucosamine sulfate - 1500 mg (Shellfish: crabs, shrimps); Chondroitine sulfate - 500 mg (Bovine tracheas); Methylsulfonylmethane - 400 mg (MSM). *Amino acids: glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamate, glutamine, alanine, arginine, aspartate, lysine, serine, valine, leucine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, hydroxylysine, tyrosine, methionine, histidine, cysteine. Recommended dose (adults) Shake gently before using and refrigerate after opening.
