New Roots Herbal has selected a 100% pure, cold-pressed essential from the fruit zests of sweet orange (Citrus × sinsensis), which invigorate a room like a freshly peeled orange. Limonene, from the monoterpene family, accounts for approximately 50% of its active ingredients. In addition to limonene, coumarins, ketones, and aldehydes contribute to its intense and pleasant citrus aroma.

Its fruity and vibrant fragrance enhances mood and relieves nervous tension. Mix with lemon or lime essential oil for an exotic scent, or with clove essential oil for a more comforting ambiance.

In topical use, its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties make it a good ally to nourish mature, irritated, or acne-prone skin. A few drops added to a vegetable oil, such as sweet almond oil, will stimulate the lymphatic system and help remove toxins from your skin.

Directions of Use
