MSM powder 12% (methylsulfonylmethane) Lignisul Brand Aloe Vera, Sweet Almond Oil, Allantoin, Avocado Oil, Stearic acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Grape Seed Extract, xanthium gum, Vitamin E oil, dl-Panthenol, Vitamin A, Panthenol.
Recommended Dosage: Apply thinly and evenly to affected areas up to 3 to 4 times daily. Rub and/or massage into skin until solution vanishes. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.Do not tightly bandage or apply external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or burn.
