Total Detox

Mild detoxication cure composed of 8 medicinal plants. These botanical extracts stimulate detoxication of the intestinal, hepatic, biliary and urinary systems. Total Detox helps digestion and elimination through its diuretic, laxative and depurative actions. This product is a nutritive and energizing purifier and contributes to ridding the system of toxins.

Dosage

Adult: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3 times per day.

Using tips from our naturopath : during the cure:begin with small doses to assure a smooth detoxification. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day can be enough for the first 3 or 4 days. Then, increase the dose up to 2 tablespoon (30 ml) per day. Continue the cure until you finish the bottle.Lighten your diet as much as possible, maximise your intake of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water.During the cure, your body will work hard to eliminate toxins so you might feel a slight energy drop. To compensate, take multivit at the same time.After the cure:drink a lot of water everyday. Even better, add in some chlorophyll. It can help you reduce body acidity and keep a purified system.To make it pleasant: in a cup of hot water, mix 1 or 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) of total detox and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of green tea. Drink in the evening for a smooth detoxification during the night.

Milk-thistle, fruit (silybum marianum), 800 mg extract 1:5
Aloe vera, leaves juice (aloe barbadensis), 200 mg extract 10:1
Artichoke, leaf (cynara scolymus l.), 100 mg extract 1:55
Indian rhubarb, root (rheum palmatum), 200 mg extract 1:28

Non-medicinal ingredients : purified water, vegetable glycerin, citric acid, natural flavor, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate. *contains no dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast or corn.

Specific directions for use : do not use 2 hours before or after another medicinal intake.Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur.

Preservation : refrigerate after opening.

Drug interaction : consult a health care professional prior to use if you are taking heart, diabetes or psychoactive medications.Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids or licorice root.
