Medicinal ingredients:
- Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) standardized extract (8:1) . . . 300 mg
- (Equivalent to 2.4 g of valerian root, providing 0.8% valerenic acids)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant-source) and hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).
Recommended dose
Adults:As a sleepaid: Take 1 capsule 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime.
Traditional use: Take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily.
Cautions
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persist continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen.
